Bypassing BypassNRO

Microsoft removed the 'BypassNRO.cmd' script from Windows 11, which allowed users to bypass the Microsoft Account requirement.

Try this instead. When you reach the screen asking, "Let's connect you to a network":

1. type Shift+F10
2. select the black command prompt window
3. type "start ms-cxh:localonly"
4. press Enter
